Dr. Klaas is one of the rare retina specialists nationwide to be awarded both an optometry degree and a medical degree. She believes this experience offers unique insight into your eyecare needs as well as a desire to partner with your primary eye doctor to provide the best possible outcome.

Dr. Klaas is a member of the Indiana Academy of Ophthalmology, American Academy of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the American Society of Retina Specialists. Dr. Klaas has had the privilege of participating in several medical mission trips including Honduras, Brazil and Belize and hopes to continue these endeavors in the future.

She is a proud Hoosier, born and raised in Indiana. While retina may be her first love, when not at the office, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling when able and spoiling the most adorable Plott Hound on earth, Indy Boo!
